Teams by Cognisys is provided for informational and team coordination purposes only. It helps team families view schedules, volunteer for game-day snacks, and sync team events to their own calendars.

Game times, fields, and opponents change — sometimes at short notice due to weather, league rescheduling, or field availability. Information in the app reflects what organizers have entered at that moment and may not always be current.

Team organizers and coaches are responsible for the accuracy of the schedules, notes, volunteer assignments, and any other information they enter. Families are responsible for the names and contact details they choose to enter when claiming a spot.

Do not misuse the app. That includes claiming spots you do not intend to fill, entering false, abusive, or offensive information, attempting to access organizer tools without authorization, scraping or overloading the service, or interfering with its operation. Access may be limited or removed for misuse.

The app is offered as-is and as-available. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change or be discontinued.

Calendar subscriptions and Google Calendar sync are provided as a convenience. Sync timing depends on your calendar provider and can be delayed or fail. Always follow official team communications from your coach or organizer for the final word on game times, locations, and cancellations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app, its operators, and team volunteers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events, scheduling errors, or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the app. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
